Monday · 07:00
Barbell basics
Squat, press, hinge, pull. Coached sets with time to load the bar properly.
The week
Every class runs at the same time each week, so you can build a routine around it. Groups are deliberately small — when a class is full, the booking button closes and you pick another slot.
Members only. You can read the schedule as a visitor. To book a place, join the gym or sign in.

How booking works
Step one
Your name, your email, a password. That's the whole sign-up. It's how the gym knows who's coming to which class.
Step two
The schedule shows the live number of spots left in every class. Book as many as you like — they all land on one page.
Step three
Come a few minutes early, bring water, tell the coach it's your first time if it is. Cancel from your bookings page if plans change.
