What we run
Every class on the schedule falls into one of these. They're written as starting points — the owner can rename or rewrite any of them from the admin page.
Strength
Squat, press, hinge, pull. Coached sets with time to actually load the bar, aimed at people who want to get stronger without guessing what to do.
Conditioning
Rowers, bikes, sleds and intervals. Hard work in short blocks, scaled so a first-timer and a regular can share the same session.
Mobility
Slow, deliberate work on hips, shoulders and ankles. The class that makes the other three feel easier.
Open floor
Come in with your own plan and a coach on the floor to check your form, spot you, or help you programme the next block.
How it works
01
Name, email, password. It takes a minute and it's what ties your bookings to you.
02
Each class shows how many spots are left. Book as many as you want across the week.
03
Your bookings page lists everything you've got coming up. Plans change — cancel there and the spot frees up for someone else.
Questions
Yes. Book a class marked Beginner or All levels, arrive ten minutes early and tell the coach it's your first session. They'll walk you through the movements before the class starts.
Training clothes, a water bottle and flat shoes. Everything else — bars, plates, rowers, mats — is in the gym.
Cancel from your bookings page. The spot goes back on the schedule so someone else can take it.
[Membership and pricing details] — the owner can write this in once the rates are set.
